Rance Palmer has been training young athletes in the Sacramento area for over 12 years. He has worked with many young male and female athletes ranging from the ages of 10 and up. Most of his young clients play in competitive baseball and softball programs. Rance has the versatility to work and develop young athletes thru sports training methodologies. He has the sports background and knowledge to advance teenagers skills to the collegiate levels. Many of his young male and female athletes have went on to enjoy successful college careers in sports. Rance is an ISSA CERTIFIED YOUTH SPORTS FITNESS TRAINER who graduated with honors. He studied physical fitness while in college to gather information on how the body functions during stress related activities. Rance has over 12 years of youth sports training experience and his workout programs will help any young athlete.
